We may also share information reasonably necessary to administer the program, verify eligibility, provide support, evaluate participation, document completion, or satisfy our obligations to the sponsoring organization.
The information reported will depend on the requirements of the particular program. We will limit disclosures to the sponsoring organization and its authorized representatives and to information reasonably related to the sponsored program.
Information received by a university, employer, public defender office, government agency, or other sponsoring organization may also be governed by that organization’s own privacy policies, employment policies, educational policies, and legal obligations.
